You must register for an Ignitec account with accurate, complete, and current information. You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and all activity that occurs under your account. Notify Ignitec immediately of any suspected unauthorized access. Ignitec reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or appear fraudulent.

Ignitec is offered on a subscription basis, billed monthly or annually in advance. All fees are non-refundable except as expressly stated in our cancellation policy. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled before the renewal date. We accept major credit cards and other approved payment methods; late payments may result in service suspension.

You may use Ignitec solely for legitimate internal business purposes to enhance sales intelligence and analytics. Prohibited conduct includes unauthorized data scraping, reverse engineering, sharing login credentials, or using the service to compete directly with Ignitec. Any violation may result in immediate account termination and legal action.

You retain ownership of all data you upload to Ignitec. Ignitec processes it only to deliver the service and as described in our Privacy Policy. By using the platform you grant Ignitec a limited license to use anonymized, aggregated data for improving our algorithms and analytics. Ignitec employs industry-standard security to protect your information.

All software, algorithms, dashboards, reports, and branding elements of Ignitec are the exclusive intellectual property of Ignitec. During your active subscription you receive a limited, non-transferable license to use the platform. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written consent.

Ignitec is provided “as is” without any warranties, express or implied. Ignitec does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. In no event shall Ignitec’s total liability exceed the total fees you paid in the twelve months preceding the claim. Ignitec is not liable for any indirect, consequential, or punitive damages.

You may cancel your Ignitec subscription at any time through your account settings. Ignitec may terminate or suspend access for breach of these terms. These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States (without regard to conflict of laws rules). Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the federal or state courts located in the jurisdiction of Ignitec’s headquarters.
