Refunds will be processed to your original payment method promptly — usually within 3–5 business days after approval. Credit card refunds may take an additional 3–7 business days to appear on your statement depending on your bank. You will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been issued.
The 30-day guarantee covers almost every scenario. The only exceptions are cases involving abuse of the policy (e.g., repeated sign-ups and refunds) or purchases made through authorized resellers, which follow the reseller’s terms. Upon refund approval, your Ignitec account will be immediately downgraded to a free or inactive status. All your uploaded data remains accessible for 30 additional days so you can export it. After that, it is securely deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy. You retain full ownership of your data at all times.
